CityStamps ("we", "our", or "the App") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and the choices you have.
We do not collect your precise GPS location, contacts, or any data beyond what is listed above.
Where GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases:

CityStamps requests access to your camera and photo library so you can attach photos to your own travel records, and so the App can save an image of your travel map to your photo library when you tap the "Save map to Photos" button. This save action only happens when you explicitly tap that button; it is separate from the "Share map" button and does not happen automatically. We do not access, upload, or view your existing photos except to save the map image you generate, or the photos you actively attach within the app.
The free version of CityStamps displays banner ads served through Google AdMob.

Google AdMob is operated by Google, which is based in the United States. Where your data is transferred outside the EEA/UK/Switzerland, Google relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and other approved safeguards as its data transfer mechanism. We do not operate our own servers, so aside from this AdMob transfer, and the CDN connections described in Section 13 (map data and library files), no other international transfer of your data occurs through the App.
When you use the Share feature to create a world map image or travel card, the image is generated on your device and shared only through the share options you actively select (e.g., messaging apps, social media). We do not post or share anything without your action.
How to delete your data
Because we do not operate our own servers, our security relies primarily on your device's operating system protections and the security measures of the third-party services we use (Apple, Google/AdMob). All network requests made by the App (such as ad requests and purchase receipt validation) use HTTPS encryption. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we rely on these industry-standard safeguards to help protect your information.
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to: access the personal data processed about you; request correction or deletion; restrict or object to processing; request data portability; and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority. To exercise these rights regarding data we hold (primarily via AdMob), contact us using the details in Section 15, or manage your consent directly via the in-app CMP settings and your device's ad settings.
California residents have the right to know, delete, and correct their personal information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (including for cross-context behavioral advertising). Personalized advertising via AdMob may be considered "sharing" under the CPRA. You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time by disabling ad personalization in your device settings, or via the in-app CMP consent settings. We do not sell personal information for money or other valuable consideration.
CityStamps is a general-audience app and is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age defined by local law, e.g., under 16 in some EEA jurisdictions for consent purposes). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly — contact us using the details in Section 15 to report this.

No crash or analytics SDK is currently used in this app. This list is kept consistent with what is declared in the App Store "Privacy Nutrition Label".
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make a material change (for example, a change to what data we collect or how it's used for advertising), we will notify you via an in-app notice and, where legally required (e.g., material changes affecting EEA/UK/Swiss users' consent), we will ask you to re-confirm your consent through the CMP. The "Effective Date" above will always reflect the latest version.
This policy is governed by the laws of Japan, and any disputes relating to this policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Osaka District Court as the court of first instance. This does not limit any right you may have as an EEA/UK data subject under Article 79 of the GDPR to bring proceedings before the courts of your habitual residence in relation to data protection matters.

Google AdMobは米国に拠点を置くGoogleが運営しています。EEA/UK/スイス域外へのデータ移転が発生する場合、Googleは欧州委員会の標準契約条項(SCC)等の承認された移転手段を利用します。当方は独自のサーバーを保有していないため、このAdMob経由の移転、および第13条に記載のCDN(地図データ・ライブラリファイル)への接続以外に、当方を通じた国際データ移転は発生しません。
世界地図や旅行記録カードを共有する際、画像は端末上で生成され、ユーザーが選択した共有先(メッセージアプリ・SNS等)にのみ送信されます。ユーザーの操作なしに自動投稿されることはありません。
データの削除方法
当方は独自のサーバーを運用していないため、セキュリティ対策は主に、ご利用端末のOSが提供する保護機能と、利用する第三者サービス(Apple、Google/AdMob)側のセキュリティ対策に依拠しています。本アプリが行う通信(広告リクエストや購入レシート検証など)はすべてHTTPSで暗号化されています。完全に安全な保存・通信方法は存在しませんが、これらの業界標準的な仕組みに沿って情報の保護に努めます。
適用法令に基づき、ユーザーは以下の権利を有します:自身について処理されている個人データへのアクセス、訂正・削除の請求、処理の制限・異議申立て、データポータビリティの請求、および同意の撤回(撤回前の処理の適法性には影響しません)。また、居住地のデータ保護監督機関に苦情を申し立てる権利もあります。これらの権利行使(主にAdMob経由で保持されるデータに関するもの)は、第15条の連絡先、またはアプリ内CMP設定画面・端末の広告設定から直接行えます。
カリフォルニア州居住者は、自身の個人情報について知る権利、削除請求権、訂正権、および「販売」「共有」(クロスコンテキスト行動ターゲティング広告を含む)のオプトアウト権を有します。AdMobによるパーソナライズ広告は、CPRA上の「共有」に該当する可能性があります。端末の広告パーソナライズ設定、またはアプリ内のCMP同意設定画面からいつでもオプトアウトできます。当方は個人情報を金銭その他の対価と引き換えに販売することはありません。
CityStampsは一般向けアプリであり、13歳未満の児童(または各国法令が定める同意年齢未満)を対象としていません。児童から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。誤って児童のデータを収集したことが判明した場合、速やかに削除します。該当の可能性に気づいた場合は、第15条の連絡先までご連絡ください。

本アプリでは現在、クラッシュ・分析SDKは導入していません。本一覧は、App Storeの「プライバシー・ニュートリション・ラベル」の申告内容と一致させています。
本ポリシーは随時更新される場合があります。収集データの内容や広告での利用方法など重要な変更を行う場合は、アプリ内通知でお知らせし、法令上必要な場合(EEA/UK/スイスのユーザーの同意に影響する重要な変更等)は、CMPを通じて改めて同意を確認します。冒頭の「施行日」は常に最新版を反映します。
本ポリシーは日本法に準拠し、本ポリシーに関する紛争については、大阪地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。ただし、EEA/UK居住者が個人データ保護に関してGDPR第79条に基づき、自己の常居所地の裁判所に訴訟を提起する権利を制限するものではありません。
